نبذة عن البرنامج
التخطيط هى احد الوظائف الادارية واهمها فان الفشل فى التخطيط هو التخطيط للفشل فما ادراكم من غياب التخطيط للطوارىء بالمنظمات حتما ستكون التحديات عنيفة
ولكن اذا كان التخطيط جيدا لمواجهة اى طارىء بالمنظمة فهذا سيضمن للمنظمة عنصر الآمان حتى يمكنها تحقيق اهدافها بنجاح
