تمرين على تحفيز الذات

عندما نكون أطفالاً صغاراً تكون لدينا قدرة كبيرة على التعلّم وملاحظة المعوقات أو النكسات السابقة .
ولكن عندما نبدأ بمواجهة التوقعات والآمال التي تعلّقها علينا عائلاتنا و مدارسنا والبيئة المحيطة بنا ، فإن الدافع الخاص بنا الذي رافقنا في سني عمرنا الاولى ، يتحول عن أهدافنا نحن ، إلى الرغبة في إرضاء الآخرين ، وكثيراً ما تتأثر رغبتنا في التعلّم بشكل سلبي نتيجة لهذا التحول.

كيف يمكنك أن تحفّز ذاتك ؟
حاول من خلال هذا التمرين أن :
1- تلاحظ وتنتبه إلى مقدرتك على الاكتشاف .
2- تحمّل أنت مسؤولية تعليم ذاتك .
3- تقبّل المخاطر التي لا بد أن يتضمنها التعلّم بثقة ، وقدرة على المنافسة ، واستقلالية .
4- إعلم أن "الفشل" نجاح : إذ أن معرفة الشيء غير الصالح للتطبيق ، تصب في نفس مكان معرفة الشيء الصحيح أو الصالح للتطبيق .
5- احتفل وهنيء نفسك على تحقيقك لأهدافك .
توجد سبع مراحل لهذا التمرين .
1- حدد : ماذا تريد أن تتعلَّم ؟
2- تحفيز الذات : القيم الأساسية الداخلية0
3- تحفيز الذات: القيم الأساسية الخارجية0
4- الحفز : وصف المشروع0
5- االتحفيز : اختيار المُرشد الخاص0
6- الحفز (التعزيز الذاتي) نتيجة التقدم0
7- التحفيز: الخلاصة0

تذّكر ان الفرق بين الفشل والنجاح هو خطوة واحدة فقط
