أخطاء يجب تجنبها في الحديث مع الاخرين

ان من اهداف الحديث امتاع المتحدث اليهم والامتاع هنا لا يعني التسليه لكنه الامتاع العقلي ولكن تحدث أخطاء يجب تجنبهاا اذا أردنا أن تنجح أحاديثنا مع الاخرين ,,

1- المواقف الحرجة :
لايحسن أن يضع المتحدث نفسه والاخرين من حوله في موقف حرج يصعب الخروج منه بسهولة فأذا انفعلت أثناء الحديث فلاتجعل هذا الانفعال يبدو على سلوك الخارجي وحاول السيطرة على اعصابك قدر الامكان لانك بمجرد
أن تنفعل في الحديث ويعلو صوتك لابدأن ترتكب أخطاء أخرى أشد من مجرد الحدة والانفعال يصعب أصلاحها كالتطاول على الآخرين أو الاستهزاء بهم وايضا حاول ألا ينعكس انفعالك داخليا على شياء أخرى ليس لها علاقة بالحديث كأن تنهر طفلك بصوت عال أوتصيح على خادمك او الاهل فهذا يسيئ اليك أمام الآخرين .

2- النطق السيء :
فبعض الناس تعود على النطق السريع للكلمات وعدم الاهتمام بالنطق الصحيح وقد ينطقون جزء من الكلمة ويهملون جزء اخر و التحدث (باللهجه العاميه )الدارجه بين الناس فلا يفهمه الأخرون وهذا يؤدي الى سوء فهم المستمعين له كما أنه يجعل المتحدث غير مرغوب فيه.

3- الحديث بصوت عال :
وهو خطأ يقع فيه كثير منا , وأضافة الى أنه ليس من ألأدب رفع الصوت أثناء الحدث مع من نحترمهم فأن الحديث بصوت مرتفع يجعلك تسمع من لايريد سماعك .

4- الحديث بصوت منخفض :
لايحسن أن يكون صوتنا عاليا في الحديث , كما لايحسن أيضا أن يكون منخفضا أكثر من اللازم فلا نسمع من نريد والحديث بصوت منخفض يضطر المستمع أن يكرر كلمات مثل ( آسف لم أسمع ) و ( ماذا تقول ) اعادة مثل هذه الكلمات قد يصيبه بالملل .

5- التعبيرات المطاطة :
يجب على المتحدث أن يحرص على ان تكون كلماته واضحة وأن لايستخدم كلمات يمكن أن يساء فهمها , وباالتالي يتغير المعنى المقصود ولا يصل حديثه بمعناه الصحيح الى المستمعين.

6- كثرة الاشارات بالأيدي:
كثير من المتحدثين يقع في هذا الخطأ وهو محسوب على المتحدث وليس في صالحه كما أنه يقلل من قدر المتحدث ويجعله أقرب للطفل الصغير الذي يلجأ للأشارات أكثر من ا لكلمات لضعف حصيلته اللغويه
ولكن هذا لايعني الامتناع تماما عن استخدام الأشارات باليدين .

7- مقاطعة المتحدث :
لايحسن منا مقاطعة المتحدث لأن ذلك يظهر أننالانقدره ولانحترم حديثه , ومهما بلغ الأمر من معارضتنا لمايقوله المتحدث أو ضيقنا به , فليس من اللائق مقاطعته حتى لوأستمر طويلا مثلا قول :
( نعم ......نعم عندي مايؤكد كلامك .)
(عفوا .... قبل أن أنسى .... أود أن أقول ...)
على أن تكون هذه المقاطعة أثناء توقف المتحدث بين جملة وأخرى وليس في أثناءالحديث

8- تصحيح المعلومة للمتحدث :
يجب عدم أحراج المتحدث وتصحيح معلومة يقولها أمام الناس , لأن ذلك يسيء أليه ويحرجه حرجا شديدا ويمكن تنبيهه في وقت آخر عند الأنفرادبه وبطريقه لبقة دون فضاضة وتذكر أن كلمة (أنت مخطيء )
في أي حديث تكون مستفزةللآخرين.
ومن الأفضل لمن يريدالتصحيح أمام الناس أن يجعل هذا التصحيح في سياق حديثه فيقول المعلومه الصحيحه دون ان يشر الى فلانا قد أخطأ عند ذكرها .

9- النقد غير المفيد :
والنقد المفيد هو نقد بناء له أثر طيب , فالنقد من أجل النقد فقط صفة غير محمودة ,وكثير من الناس يعتقدون أن النقد يجب أن يكون بذكر السلبيات فقط وهذ غير صحيح , فالنقد البناء يذكر المحاسن الشيء ومساوئه , ويجب ان لايكون متسرعا وأن يكون شاملا وأن يقدم بصورة طيبة .

10- التكرار :
على المتحدث أن يتجنب التكرار , حتى اذا لا حظ علامات استحسان المستمعين لما يقوله فليس معنى هذاأن يكررجملا بعينها عدة مرات .

11- الأستئثار بالحديث :
المحادثه ه عملية تفاعل بين أكثر من شخص . فمن يشارك في الحديث يجب أ، يضعفي أعتباره افساح المجال للآخرين ليلتقطوا خيط الحديث ويعبروا عما يرونه ويبدو آرائهم ولايستأثر لنفسه بغالب الوقت .

12- المبالغة :
على المتحدث ألا يبالغ في وصف الشي أوحدث مر به ,متأثرا بهذا الحدث الذي رآه بعينه , لأن المبالغة تفقد ثقة الموجودين في كل حديثه , حتى لو أعتدل في كلامه فيما بعد , وقد يلجأ البعض الى المبالغة لجذب الأنظار في بداية الحديث فقط وهذهبداية غير محمودة .

13- معارضة الآخرين :
اذا كان لك راي مخالف لما يقوله المتحدث , فمن حقك بالطبع ألا توافق على مايقوله وأن تعترض في الوقت المناسب ,فأنتظر حتى ينتهي المتحدث من كل مايريد قوله , ثم عبر عن رأيك المعارض دون الأساءه الى المتحدث
