أنواع السياسات الإدارية وفقا لتكوينها في المنظمة
 

تقسم السياسات الإدارية من حيث إعدادها وفقاً لطريقة تكوينها في المنظمة إلى ثلاثة أنواع من السياسات وهي:
السياسات الأصلية ، والسياسات الملتمسة ، والسياسات المفروضة

1. السياسة الأصلية :

ترتبط هذه السياسة ارتباطاً وثيقاً بأهداف المنظمة حيث يتم إعدادها لتصبح مرشداً عند تحقيق تلك الأهداف قبل حدوث أية مشكلة .

• ومن أمثلة السياسات الأصلية : القرار الذي يتخذه المدير والخاص بالتعاقد مع العملاء على أداء خدمات الصيانة في نفس الوقت الذي يتم فيه التعاقد معهم على شراء الآلات والمعدات لضمان حياة إنتاجية أطول .

1. السياسة الملتمسة :

تعتبر السياسة الإدارية ملتمسة إذا قام المدير برفع التماس إلى رئيسه ليوضح له كيف يمكنه مواجهة بعض المواقف والمشكلات الفردية .

1. السياسة المفروضة :

تنشأ هذه السياسة نتيجة وجود قوى بيئية تخرج عن نطاق سيطرة المنظمة بحيث تفرض عليها .
مثل : تطبيق قوانين معينة ناتجة عن السلطة الحكومية أو نقابات العمل .
