استخدام الاستمارة كأحد أدوات تحديد الاحتياجات
 

تعليمات الاستخدام :
1. إن الأداة هي عبارة عن مجرد قالب يجب عليك تعديلها بالقدر الذي يحتاج إليه لتحقيق أهدافك المنشودة.
2. إن استخدام استمارة أو (مقابلة أو مجموعة تركيز Focus Group) هي نوع من أنواع الأدوات التي تستخدم للاستطلاع. ولإجراء دراسة استطلاعية, يجب اتباع الأساسيات:
أ‌. تكوين فريق بحث.
ب‌. تحديد هدف الدراسة.
ج. اختيار عينة ممثلة.
د. وضع الأسئلة.
هـ. بناء وإعداد الأداة (استمارة, أساسيات المقابلة, أو أساسيات مجموعة التركيز).
و. اختبار الأدوات.
ز. تحليل المعلومات.
ح. استخدام النتائج.

2. خذ بعين الاعتبار المعلومات التي ترد من الجمهور بأكثر من طريقة إذا سمح الوقت بذلك, فعلى سبيل المثال, يمكن استخدام الاستمارة لجمع بعض المعلومات الأساسية عن احتياجات الجمهور, وبعدها يمكن استخدام إما المقابلات أو مجموعات التركيز لتحديد المواضيع المتعلقة بمميزات الجمهور, ويمكن استخدام الاستمارة لتأكيد وتصفية المواضيع.

إن توضيح طبيعة أو احتياجات الجمهور لأنظمة التدريب أو المعلومات هي من أهم الأنشطة خلال مرحلة التحليل لتصميم الأنظمة التدريبية, وخاصة عندما يتم جمع احتياجاتهم, وأيضاً لضمان الأخذ بعن الاعتبار جميع أساليب التدريب أو الوصول إلى المعلومات التي يفضلونها. والاستمارة هي أحد الطرق الثلاث الأولية لجمع المعلومات حول تحديد الاحتياجات. والطريقتان الأخريان هما المقابلة ومجموعة التركيز.
