أهم فروع المحاسبة المالية فى معظم البرامج المحاسبية وكيفية تحديد سعر المنتج ومدى كفاءة خطوط الإنتاج و قوة السلعة و توافقها مع قوي العرض والطلب فلها دور قوى و مؤثر جدا فى المؤسسات الصناعية الصغرى و الكبرى لان هذه المؤسسات هى التي تعمل علي تحديد سعر المنتج للمصنع بطريقة صحيحة حتى تتمكن من المنافسة فى السوق بشكل قوى و تحديد مدى كفاءة خطوط الانتاج الخاصة بها من حيث الربح والخسارة.

تعريف محاسبة التكاليف
تعد محاسبة التكاليف وادارة الصناعات هى تقنية لتقييم تكلفة الوحدة على المنتج و تحديد مدى الجدوى و القدرة على النمو و تحقيق اعلى ربحية من أجل تطوير أداء المنشأة من حيث التكاليف الخاص بها و تحقيق اعلى معدلات اداء فى الانتاج من هذا المنتج مما يساعد الادارة العليا على الرقابة.

المحاسبة المالية تخدم اطراف خارجية للمنشأة مثل المستثمرين والبنوك و الدائنين

انها تخدم اطراف داخلية فى الإدارة بكافة مستوياتها

من حيث الالتزام بالمبادئ المحاسبية

تلتزم بمبادئ المحاسبة المالية

لا تلتزم بمبادئ المحاسبة المالية

من حيث طبيعة المعلومة

بيانات تعتمد على الدقة والتحليل دون اخطاء لانها مدعومة بمستندات

بيانات تعتمد على التقييم الملائم فى الوقت المناسب للتخطيط طويل الأجل

من حيث نوعية المعلومة

تعتمد على إحداث مالية فعلية خلال فترة مالية معينة بصيغة إجمالية

تعتمد على تحليلى مستقبلية مع استخدام بيانات فعلية او حدثت فى الماضى للتنبؤ بالمستقبل

من حيث طبيعة التقارير

نمطية وتقليدية فى الشكل و المحتوى بصفة دورية

غير نمطية وغير تقليدية فى الشكل و المحتوى غير دورية



تصنيف عناصر التكاليف فى محاسبة التكاليف
هناك عدة تصنيفات لمحاسبة التكاليف وفقا للمعايير والمبادئ المحاسبية المتعارف عليها بما يتفق مع البرامج المحاسبية المختلفة.

حسب الوظيفة

تكاليف صناعية مباشرة: هى تكلفة مباشرة في كيفية تحديد تكلفة الوحدة من المنتج النهائى زى المواد والاجور الأولية.

تكاليف صناعية غير مباشرة: هي تكلفة غير مباشرة وغير مرتبطة بتحديد تكلفة المنتج مثل الصيانة وقطع الغيار والوقود(مواد غير مباشرة) أجور المشرفين والمهندسين (أجور غير مباشرة)

حسب النشاط

تكاليف متغيرة: هى عبارة عن تكاليف تتناسب تناسب طردي مع حجم النشاط فكلما زاد الإنتاج زادت التكاليف مع ثابت نصيب الوحدة من التكلفة.

تكاليف ثابتة: هى عبارة عن تكاليف تتناسب تناسب عكسى من حجم النشاط مع الرغم انها تظل ثابتة فى بعض الاحيان عند تغير حجم النشاط

تكاليف مختلطة: هي عبارة عن تكاليف تحتوى على جزء ثابت و جزء متغير .

كيفية الفصل بين التكاليف المتغيرة والثابتة وخطوات الفصل فى محاسبة التكاليف يتم الاعتماد على اعلى نقطة فى مستوى النشاط و اقل نقطة فى مستوى النشاط
1- تحديد نقطتين فى مستوى نشاط المنشأة اعلى نقطة وأدنى نقطة.

2- طرح النقطة الأدنى للمنتج من النقطة الأعلى و جميع التكاليف المرتبطة بالمنتج.

3- قسمة التغير في التكاليف على التغير فى حجم الانتاج.

4- يتم ضرب الحجمين الاعلى والادنى فى معدل التغير نحصل على الجزء الثابت الذي يكون ثابت فى كلنا من الحجمين.

حسب الزمن

فعلية: هى تكلفة تحسب وقت حدوثها فعلا.

معيارية: هى تكلفة مستقبلية يتم تحديدها على أساس تاريخى سلوك التكلفة انها تعتمد على التنبؤ بشكل أدق.

حسب الفترة المحاسبية

منتج: هى تكلفة أو مجموعة تكاليف تتحملها المنشأة للحصول على المنتج فى صورة النهائية.

الفترة: هي عبارة عن تكلفة لا تشارك في الإنتاج ابدا لانها تعالج مصروف وفقا للمبادئ والمعايير المحاسبية المتعارف عليها مثل مصروفات البيع و التسويق.

حسب الرقابة

خاضعة للرقابة: هي تعتمد على وجهة نظر الشخص المسئول عند تحديد كمية التكلفة من عدمه مما يؤثر على تخفيض التكلفة.

غير خاضعة للرقابة: هى تعتمد على مدى حدود سلطة من يقوم بالرقابة على التكلفة وفقا لمبادئ ومعايير المحاسبة المنفق عليها.

حسب التخطيط واتخاذ القرارات
تكلفة الفرصة البديلة: هي تكلفة تنتج نتيجة اختيار بديل الاستغناء عن الآخر لتحقيق منافع بديلة لتحقيق أعلى ربح بأقل تكلفة.

تكلفة الغارقة: هى تكلفة حدثت فى السابق و أصبحت تكلفة تاريخية مثل المصروفات والايجارات.
