السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

أعضاء وزوار اكاديمية التدريب الاحترافي

اهلا بكم في تغطية اليوم الرابع من دورة إعداد المدربين (ToT) :biggrinthumb:

أنطلقت رحلتنا في تمام الساعة الثامنة مساءً أستكملنا فنون الالقاء والتقديم تعرفنا على فن الالقاء والمخاطبة ثم إنتقلنا للتعرف على فن التعامل مع المعينات ووسائل الايضاح حلقنا الى فن قيادة المناقشة وإدارة الحوار وتعلمنا فن استخدام الاسئلة وأهميةالخاتمة وكيف نصيغها تعرفنا على أنماط المدربين والمتدربين وكيفية التعامل معها وختاماً وصلت نهاية رحلتنا عند فن التعامل مع المواقف التدريبية الصعبة ..

ولاننسى أن هذه الرحلة تخللتها فترة رآحه وإستكمال بآقي المشآركات للمدربين المتألقين وكآن لي شرف تقديم مشآركتي في هذا اليوم ..

وبعدها يأتي دورالكابتن الدكتورالمبدع / وديع الذي كآن يوجه لنا الملاحظآت والنقد البناء في سبيل تطوير أدائنا ولم يبخل علينا بالنصآئح والارشآدات الهامة إضافة الى تشجيعه لنا في سبيل تقديم الافضل جزآه الله عنا خير الجزآء

وأنا بحق سعيدة أني تدربت على يديه لانه أثرآنا بكل مالديه وكآن صدره رحب فلم نشعر بأنها علاقة مدرب ومتدرب بل علاقة اخوية صآدقة ودآئما كان يحّرص علينا أن نستفسر عن الفقرآت التي لم تتضح لنا قبل أن ينتقل الى الفقرة الاخرى لنخرج من هذه الدورة لاغبآر على معلوماتنا :apt37:

وأخيراً لاأنسى الخآتمة الرائعة التي كان يتحفنا بها في نهاية كل يوم من دورتنا الرآئعة ..
