شعور غريب اسرار تسأل : (عندي حالة غريبة اعاني منها هاليومين ... وهي شعوري بالحكه في كل جسمي ووجهي وانا اعلم ان هذا بسبب القلق الكبير من الاختبارات لأن نفس الحالة صارت معاي ايام الميدتيرم ... والآن اعاني منها مجددا مع الفاينل وبدا هذا يسبب لي ايضا قلق اضافي ... حيث اني صرت قلقة من ان تؤدي الى لاسمح الله الى مرض جلدي ..انا في غاية التوتر والقلق من الاختبارات ومن الحكة الغريبة والتي لا يصاحبها اي احمرار بالجلد ..عادة فقط اعاني من القولون ولكن الامر زاد الآن الى الحكة ايضا! فما العمل؟ مع العلم اني صرت من امس اقول لنفسي كلام ايجابي حتى اهدأ وعملت التقنية ايضا فهل اجد لدى المختصين منكم طريقة فاعلة في القضاء على القلق وفورا مع التفصيل ..فاذا كانت بالتقنية ... ارجو ان تذكروا لي الخطوات الاقوى مع العبارات المناسبة.. انا فعلا بحاجة للمساعدة وبالسرعة الممكنة). رد الاستاذ مصلح القحطاني: اهلا اسرار ..والحقيقة كثير من التجارب مع الحرية النفسية اثبتت ان الاكزيما او الحساسية قد تكون مسبباتها نفسية وانت الان نستطيع القول بانك تقريبا حددتي المشكلة وهذا شيء جيد يسهل العلاج الان المطلوب منك اختي الكريمة تحديد التداعيات لكي نصل الى لب المشكلة.. انت ذكرت خوف من الاختبارات واالسؤال / مالذي يخيفك بالتحديد هل هو المادة او المعلمة او طريقة الاختبار او .... او ..... او .... انت تستطيعي تحددي بعد تحديد التداعيات طبقي التقنية على كل تداعي مثلا بالرغم ان لدي خوف من طريقة اسئلة الاختبار الا انني راضي عن نفسي تماما وبعمق بالرغم من انني خايف من الملعم / ة الا انني راضي عن نفسي تماما وبعمق بالرغم من انني خايف من كثرة المعلومات في المادة الا انني راضي عن نفسي تماما وبعمق بالرغم من ان لدي مشكلة في تنظيم دراسة مادة الكيمياء الا انني راضي عن نفسي تماما وبعمق وهكذا حتى تتخلصي من جميع المشاكل والتداعيات طبعا لا تنسي تحديد مستوى الانزعاج في البداية قبل الربت من 0 الى 10 ومن ثم التحديد بعد الربت بعد ذلك نقوم بتطبيق التقنية على المشكلة العامة وتصبح العبارة بالرغم ان لدي رغبة في حك الجلد الا اني راضي عن نفسي تماما وبعمق بالرغم ان لدي رغبة في حك الجلد الا انني اختار عدم حك الجلد وطبعا لا تنسي القياس من خلال مقياس مستوى الانزعاج ,, ثم بعد ذلك الاستمرار والاصرار على ذلك حتى انتهاء المشكلة ,,,, ارجوا لك التوفيق ,,, |
