ركزوا على الأهم ولا تنشغلوا بالتوافه


في دورة اعداد وتدريب المدربين

طلب المدرب من احد المتدربين الالقاء

وقام باخذ علبة المناديل وسار يخرج المناديل واحد ورا الاخر

ويرمي بها على الارض وحول المتدرب الواقف ويتجول في

القاعة وهو على هذا الحال ونحن مندهشين من تصرفه وبعد ان انتهى سأل ؟

ما ذا ا فهمتم من هذا التمرين ؟

واردف انا كنت احاول ان شغلكم عن صديقكم وبالفعل انشغلتم وتابعتوني

وهكذا نحن ننشغل بالتوافه دائما ونترك الأهم في حياتنا

وكرر التطبيق مرة اخرى عندما كان يتحدث عن اعداد الحقيبة التدريبية

وقال

اتركوا التوافه عند الاعداد وركزوا في صلب الموضوع
