الخطأ سلوك بشري لا بد ان نقع فيه حكماء كنا او جهلاء ..و ليس من المعقول أن يكون الخطأ صغيراً فنكبره .. و نضخمه.. ولابد من معالجة الخطأ بحكمة ورويه و أياً كان الأمر فإننا نحتاج بين وقت و آخر إلى مراجعة أساليبنا في معالجة الأخطاء ..

و لمعالجة الأخطاء فن خاص بذاته .. يقوم على عدة قواعد .. أرجو منكم أن تقرأوها معي بتمعن ...':':'


القاعدة الأولـــــــــى ':':':لوم المخطيء لا يأتي بخير غالباً

تذكر أن اللوم لا يأتي بنتائج إيجابيه في الغالب فحاول أن تتجنبه...وقد وضح لنا أنس رضي الله عنه انه خدم الرسول صلى الله عليه واله وصحبه وسلم عشر سنوات ما لامه على شيء قط .. فاللوم مثل السهم القاتل ما أن ينطلق حتى ترده الريح علي صاحبه فيؤذيه ذلك أن اللوم يحطم كبرياء النفس و يكفيك أنه ليس في الدنيا أحد يحب اللوم ..






':':':القاعدة الثانية ':':':أبعد الحاجز الضبابي عن عين المخطئ

المخطئ أحيانا لا يشعر أنه مخطئ فكيف نوجه له لوم مباشر و عتاب قاس وهو يرى أنه مصيب .. إذاً لا بد أن نزيل الغشاوة عن عينيه ليعلم أنه على خطأ وفي قصة الشاب مع
الرسول صلى الله عليه والهوصحبه وسلم درس في ذلك حيث جاءه يستسمحه بكلجرأة و صراحة في الزنا فقال له الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( اترضاه لأمك ) قال: لا فقال الرسول صلى الله عليه واله وسلم : ( فان الناس لا يرضونه لأمهاتهم ) ثم قال الرسول صلى الله عليه والهوصحبه وسلم : ( أترضاه لأختك؟؟) قال : لا فقال الرسول صلى الله عليه والهوصحبه وسلم : ( فإن الناس لا يرضونه لأخواتهم) فأبغض الشاب الزنا






':':':القاعدة الثالثة ':':':استخدام العبارات اللطيفه في إصلاح الخطأ

إنا كلنا ندرك أن من البيان سحراً فلماذا لا نستخدم هذا السحر الحلال في
معالجة الاخطاء ..فمثلاً حينما نقول للمخطئ (لو فعلت كذا لكان أفضل) (ما رأيك لو تفعل كذا) (أنا اقترح أن تفعل كذا.. ما وجهة نظرك) أليست أفضل من قولنا ... يا قليل التهذيب و الأدب.. ألا تسمع... ألا تعقل... أمجنون انت .. كم مره قلت لك .. فرق شاسع بين الأسلوبين .. إشعارنا بتقديرنا و احترامنا للآخر يجعله يعترف بالخطأ و يصلحه





':':':القاعدة الرابعة ':':': ترك الجدال أكثر إقناعاً

تجنب الجدال في معالجة الأخطاء فهي أكثر و أعمق أثراً من الخطأ نفسه وتذكر .. أنك بالجدال قد تخسر ..لأن المخطئ قد يربط الخطأ بكرامته فيدافع عن الخطأ بكرامته فيجد في الجدال متسعاً و يصعب عليه الرجوع عن الخطأ فلا نغلق عليه الأبواب ولنجعلها مفتوحه ليسهل عليه الرجوع .





':':':القاعدة الخامسة ':':':ضع نفسك موضع المخطئ ثم ابحث عن الحل

حاول أن تضع نفسك موضع المخطئ و فكر من وجهة نظره و فكر في الخيارات الممكنه التي يمكن أن يتقبلها واختر منها ما يناسبه

ما كان الرفق في شئ إلا زانه..

بالرفق نكسب .. ونصلح الخطأ .. ونحافظ على كرامة المخطئ .. وكلنا يذكر قصه الأعرابي الذي بال في المسجد كيف عالجها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالرفق .. حتى علم الأعرابي أنه علي خطأ..





':':':القاعدة السابعة ':':': دع الأخرين يتوصلون لفكرتك..

عندما يخطئ الإنسان فقد يكون من المناسب في تصحيح الخطأ أن تجعله يكتشف الخطأ بنفسه ثم تجعله يكتشف الحل بنفسه و الإنسان عندما يكتشف الخطأ ثم يكتشف الحل و الصواب فلا شك أنه يكون أكثر حماساً لأنه يشعر أن الفكره فكرته هو..

حتى يتقبل الأخرون نقدك المهذب و تصحيحك بالخطأ أشعرهم بالإنصاف خلال نقدك .. فالإنسان قد يخطئ ولكن قد يكون في عمله نسبة من الصحة لماذا نغفلها..





':':':القاعده التاسعة ':':':لا تفتش عن الأخطاء الخفية..

حاول أن تصحح الأخطاء الظاهرة و لا تفتش عن الأخطاء الخفية لأنك بذلك تفسد القلوب ...و لأن الله سبحانه وتعالى نهى عن تتبع عورات المسلمين




':':':القاعدة العاشرة ':':':استفسر عن الخطأ مع إحسان الظن

عندما يبلغك خطأ عن انسان فتثبت منه واستفسر عنه مع حسن الظن به فانت بذلك
تشعره بالاحترام و التقدير كما يشعر هو بالخجل وان هذا الخطا لا يليق بمثله ..كأن نقول وصلني انك فعلت كذا ولا اظنه يصدر منك







':':':القاعده الحادية عشر ':':':امدح على قليل الصواب يكثر من الممدوح الصواب

مثلاً عندما تربي ابنك ليكون كاتباً مجيداً فدربه علي الكتابه و أثن عليه و اذكر جوانب الصواب فإنه سيستمر بإذن الله ..






':':':القاعده الثانية عشر ':':':تذكر أن الكلمة القاسية في العتاب لها كلمة طيبة مرادفة تؤدي المعنى نفسه..

عند الصينيين مثل يقول ... ملعقـة من عسل أكثر فائـده من برميل من العلقم..
ولنعلم أن الكلمة الطيبة تؤثر .. و الكلام القاسي لا يطيقه الناس...
