الطريقة المختصرة لتطبيق تقنية الحرية النفسية
 

ملاحظة مهمة: هذه المقالة كتبت بافتراض انك قرأت مذكرة الحرية النفسية و استوعبت الطريقة الأساسية لتطبيق التقنية.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

خلال الخمس السنوات الماضية منذ 2005 وانأ استخدم الطريقة المختصرة بنجاح و لا حاجة لتطبيق التقنية بالطريقة المطولة و بمراحلها الأربع كما تم ذكرها في مذكرة الحرية النفسية.

1 . وضع الإعداد The Set Up
2. نقاط التسلسل الرئيسية The Sequence
3. الجاموت 9 The 9 Gamut
4. نقاط التسلسل الرئيسية (مرة أخرى)

فالطريقة المختصرة تحتوي على مرحلتين فقط وهي:

1 . وضع الإعداد The Set Up
2. نقاط التسلسل الرئيسية The Sequence (المختصرة)


لماذا الطريقة المختصرة تطبيقها أفضل:

1) تختصر الوقت 2) لا تحتاج إلى الربت على جميع النقاط للحصول على النتيجة الإيجابية 4) سهلة التذكر و الحفظ و سريعة النتائج 5) تغني عن تطبيق المراحل الغير جوهرية في التقنية مثل المرحلة الثالثة "مرحلة الجاموت" فهي مفيدة ولكن ليست جوهرية لنجاح التقنية.
6) الربت في بعض الأماكن تؤثر على أكثر من مسار لطاقة و تغني عن الربت على جميع النقاط.

الطريقة المختصرة :

في البداية أتصل بالموضوع: حدد موقف معين مزعج و تذكر هذا الموقف وقيم مستوى انزعاجك من 0 إلى 10 ( عشرة قمة الانزعاج أما صفر فتعني تحرر كامل من المشاعر السلبية)

1) وضع الإعداد:
الربت على منطقة الكاراتيه أو تدليك نقطة الألم أثناء ترديد عبارة الإثبات 3 مرات.
بالرغم من أنني أعاني من ................. إلا أنني أتقبل نفسي تماما وبعمق.



2) نقاط التسلسل الرئيسية (المختصرة)
الربت باستمرار على النقاط المحددة أثناء التركيز على الموضوع لمدة تقريباً من 5 – 10 ثواني عند كل نقطة.
وترديد العبارة التذكرية عن كل نقطة : هذا ........... (الموضوع المحدد)

1) الحاجب 2) جانب العين 3) تحت العين 4) تحت الأنف 5) تحت الشفتين
6) تحت عظمة الترقوة 7) تحت الذراعين 8) ساعد اليد من الداخل 9) ساعد اليد من الخارج "الجهة المقابلة" 10) أعلى الرأس. (أنظر لصورة التوضيحية)

تقيم الموضوع: قم بتقييم النتائج و حدد مستوى الانزعاج من 0 إلى 10. إذا لم يصل الانزعاج إلى صفر قم بعمل جولات تكميلية أخرى على نفس الموضوع واستخدام عبارة الإثبات التالية :

بالرغم من أنني لازلت أعاني من ................. إلا أنني أتقبل نفسي تماما وبعمق.
والعبارة التذكرية : ما تبقى من هذا ........(الموضوع المحدد)

أما إذا وصلت إلى صفر فابحث عن موضوع أخر جديد حتى تتحرر منه أيضاً.

إضافة: أنصح بالربت على الجانبين للحصول على نتائج أفضل.
