أسلوب باركر Parker لتقييم التدريب

حيث قام باركر طبقاً للمعلومات المجموعة بتقسيم دراسات تقييم المعلومات إلى أربعة مجموعات منطقية هي :

(أ) أداء العمل Job performance :

هوتقييم مدى تقدم الأشخاص في العمل وتحديد مدى مساهمة البرنامج في تطوير الأداء، ويأتي التقييم في القياسات الموضوعية لأداء العمل بما في ذلك تاريخ العمل، نوعيته, التوقيت، توفير النفقات بالإضافة إلى التغيرات القابلة للملاحظة في السلوك بموقع العمل والتى تشير إلى حدوث تحسن بالأداء.


(ب) أداء المجموعة Group :

وهويحدد تأثير البرنامج على مجموعة ما يعمل المشاركون من خلالها أوالتأثير المحتمل للبرنامج على المؤسسة ككل ويفضل بالنسبة لهذا التقييم يفضل جمع بيانات ما قبل وما بعد المقارنة والتطورات التى طرأت ومحاولة عزل تأثير المتغيرات الأخرى.

(ج) رضاء المشارك Participant Satiation .

وهويحدد مدى رضا المشاركين عن البرنامج ويشمل ذلك محتويات البرنامج، طرق التدريب ووجهة نظرهم تجاه ما تعلموه، وفيه تستخدم عادة إستمارات إستطلاع الرأي التى توزع في نهاية الدورة التدريبية والمقابلات مع المشاركين.

(د) كمية المعرفة التي أكتسبها المشارك Participant Knowledge :

يقرر هذا النوع من التقييم نوعية الحقائق والأساليب أوالمهارات التى إستوعبها المشاركون ويفضل فيه إجراءإختبارات للمعلومات قبل وبعد الدورة التدريبية لقياس مقدار المعارف والمعلومات التى تم إكتسابها.

نخلص من ذلك أن برنامج تنمية الموارد البشرية طبقاً لنماذج باتريك وباركر يتم تقييمه على أساس المشاركين الذين يتم تدريبهم وردود أفعالهم الشخصية تجاه البرنامج وبمقدار المعلومات الجديدة التي تم استيعابها فضلاً عن تطبيق مواد البرنامج.
