كن مرناً • لا يعطيك احد من الناس قلبه الا بالرفق ، ويصدق ذلك مع الأشياء أيضا . • المطلوب ان تكون مرناً حتى مع خططك كما هو مطلوب في تعاملك مع نفسك ، فأداة التخطيط الخاصة بك يجب ان تكون خادمة لك ، لا سيدة عليك . • في المرونة كل اليمن والبركة والخير ، وفي العنف غير المبرر عكسها . • في الحياة لا يمجد العنف الا الطغاة . كما لا يمجد الإفراط والتفريط الا الفاشلون.
