وتتضمن المحاور التالية
-الإلمام بمفهوم ومهام السكرتير التنفيذى ومدير المكتب وتوضيح أهمية هذا الدور فى توفير سيولة توفير المعلومات وسهولة إتخاذ القرارات وتنظيم عمل المدير.
-القدرة على تنظيم وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.
-إجادة فن الإتصال والتواصل الفعال مع أطراف التعامل بطوائفها المختلفة.
-أنماط الشخصيات وكيفية التعامل الإيجابى معهم لصالح سير العمل.
-إكتساب مهارات الحفظ والأرشفة وتوثيق وتأمين البيانات والمعلومات وإدارة الإجتماعات وكتابة المراسلات والتقارير والمهارات الإدارية والسلوكية لمدبر المكتب.
-فهم وتفعيل عناصر الإدارة من تخطيط وتنظيم وتنسيق وتنفيذ ورقابة ومتابعة وجدولة الأعمال فى ظل إحتياجات العملية الإدارية للمكتب بما فيها الأجهزة والأثاثات.
