أثبتت الدراسات الأخيرة أن 70% من قيمة أى كيان إقتصادى هى نتاج فكر العنصر البشرى وهو بذلك يكون المحرك الأول للمنظومة اٌتصادية بما فيها الموارد الطبيعية ومن هنا كانت نقطة البداية لتقدم الدول المتصدرة قائمة أعلى معدلات النمو الإقتصادى على مستوى العالم ومن هنا كان المنطلق لدبلومتنا فى دبلوم إدارة الموارد البشرية.

- مفهوم ادارة الموارد البشريه والفرق بيها وبين إدارة شئون العاملين .
- إحتياجات و متطلبات الوظيفه الحالية والبعد المستقبلى لها
- كيفية تحليل و تصميم وتحليل الوظيفه بموضوعية تساعد على تطوير وتحسين الأداء والنتائج - التخطيط للموارد البشرية أساس نجاحها .
- مفهوم استراتيجيه تخصيص العماله وإستقطابها وإختبارها وتعيينها .
- توظيف الكفاءات و تأهيل وتدريب الموارد البشرية ووضع معايير الأداء والجودة .
- وضع نظام الأجور والحوافز وإدارته بفن التحفيز .
