هناك العديد من البرامج المحاسبية " نظام ERP " والتى ساهمت بشكل كبير فى تطور العديد من الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، ولعل اشهر هذه البرامج المحاسبية وأكثرهم انشاراً 1- برامج محاسبة شركة SAP 2- برامج محاسبة شركة Oracle 3- برامج محاسبة شركة Microsoft 4- برامج حسابات شركة Sage 5- برامج حسابات شركة Accflex erp بالنظر الى البرامج الأربعة الاولى فقد ظهر تفوقهم بشكل ملحوظ فى تقديم العديد من الحلول البرمجية التى لا شك انها طورت العديد من الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بل والكبيرة ايضا ، ولكن نظراً للتكلفة الكبيرة لهذه البرامج بالاضافة الى انهم باللغة الانجليزية فقط اصبح من الصعب الى حد كبير لشركة متوسطة او صغيرة فى وطننا العربى الاستعانة بمثل هذه البرامج ولكن يوجد برامج حسابات تقدم نفس الخدمات والحلول البرمجية وبتكلفة اقل بالاضافة الى توافرها باللغة العربية كبرنامج اكفيليكس والذى يقدم العديد من الحلول البرمجية للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بأساليب متطورة والتى تقدم المعلومات "التقارير" باسهل الطرق وافضل صورة للعرض كما أنها تغلبت على كثير من المشكلات التى عجزت العديد من البرامج المحاسبية فى الاسواق العربية عن حلها ، كما أن له باع طويل في تقديم هذه الحلول البرمجية للعديد من العملاء "شركاء النجاح " وذلك بتقديمه العديد من البرامج " نظام ERP " لمختلف الانشطة ( برنامج الحسابات العامه – برنامج حسابات ومخازن – برنامج محاسبة نقاط البيع – برنامج محاسبة إدارة شركات المقاولات – برنامج ادارة شركات الاستثمار العقاري – برنامج إدارة الأصول – برنامج حسابات ادارة المصانع – برنامج شئون الموظفين – برنامج محاسبة ادارة المطاعم – برنامج إدارة النقدية – برنامج الخرسانة الجاهزة ....) فى العديد من بلدان الوطن العربى ( مصر – المملكة العربية السعودية – ليبيا ..) فكما انه مميز فى مخرجاته " تقاريره" مميز ومرن ايضا فى أساليب الإدخال وسهولة عرض الشاشات وكذلك أساليب ونظم الرقابة على الأخطاء .
