فن إدارة المدير
كتب كثيراً عن إدارة اﻹفراد (الموظفين ) فهل يجوز ان يدير الموظفين مديرهم ، من ناحية واقعيه ان المدير بحاجة الى من يديره وان العﻼقة بين المدير والموظفين هي عﻼقة متبادلة ، فالتخطيط والتنظيم والرقابة غير ممكنه في ظل عدم موافقة طرفي المعادلة من مدير وموظفين حتى تكتمل الدائرة ، إذن المدير بحاجة الى من يديره ايضاً وان يلفت انتباه الى بعض اﻷخطاء التي تتواجد في المنتج او في كيفية زيادة اﻻنتاج او أي أمور تكون قريبه من الزبون وكيفية تحسينها فيجب إعﻼم المدير حتى يدخل تحسينات على قراراته وبهذه الصورة تكون اﻹدارة بها فعالية كبيرة جداً وتنبع من الداخل الى الخارج ويقل استعمال اﻷوامر او استعمال السلطات في العقوبات ويشعر الموظفين بزيادة اﻻنتماء والوﻻء الى مؤسساتهم وأنهم أصحاب قرار ومن الصعب عليهم الوقوف ضد أفكارهم او محاربتها حيث ان اﻹنسان ﻻ يقاوم أفكاره ، وفي المقابل يكون مطلوب من المدير التخلي عن بعض صﻼحياته ودفع السلطات الى أسفل وان يتم سحب القرارات من القاعدة وتشجيع اﻷفكار اﻹبداعية والريادية ووضع نظام حوافز مرن من نوعين حوافز مادية وحوافز معنوية ، ومساعدة الموظفين في التدريب والتعليم داخل المؤسسة وخارجها واعتبار ما يتم دفعه مقابل التدريب هو استثمار وليس مصاريف .وبذلك نظمن عﻼقة تبادليه بها فائدة الى طرفي المعادلة المدير والموظفين وستصب فؤائد هذه العﻼقة في تحسن إنتاجية المؤسسة وتقليل المصاريف وزيادة كفاءة الموظفين واﻻطمئنان على مستقبل المؤسسة بحيث يكون لها قيم وثقافة تثبتها وتعمل لها جذور ويكون من السهل التفكير في عمل خطط إستراتيجية حيث ان القاعدة ثابتة وبحاجة الى توسع والنظر الى المستقبل ، ومن اهم واجبات المدير التخطيط لمستقبل المؤسسة وليس ضياع الوقت في امور يوميه روتينيه من الممكن تعليم الغير القيام بها .وحقيقتاُ انك تستطيع ان تشتري أيدي عامله غير انك ﻻ تستطيع أن تشتري قلوبهم ، وان القلب مناط به الحماس للعمل ، ومقر أخﻼصة انك تستطيع أن تشتري جهده ولكنك ﻻ تستطيع أن تشتري عقله والذي يكمن به إبداعه وبراعته وذخيرته التي ﻻ تنضب ، ومعاملته تماماً مثلما تريد منه ان يعامل أفضل الزبائن فالمؤسسات التي تزحف بصعوبة هي في الغالب المؤسسات التي تدار من قبل المدير ودون استشارة الموظفين . للعلم ان سر نجاح المؤسسات اليابانية أنهم يعرفون كيفية بناء العﻼقات وتنمية المناخ البشري المشجع للتقدم المستمر ونجاح المؤسسة ، لذلك ينبغي علينا اﻻنتقال من السعادة بممارسة السلطة على اﻵخرين الى السعادة بخدمة الزاخرين ومشاركتهم والسماع أليهم وهنا تكمن العظمة في اﻹدارة*
