ــ العميل : (( أنا أعرف تماما ما تقصده .. أريد أن أقابل مدير الشركة لعله يكون أكثر
ذوقاَ وفهماَ منك !))




هذا الحوار السابق , يعد نموذجا لحديث انسان عصبي( العميل ) من خلال موقف معين
.. ولا شك أن مثل هذا الإنسان نتعرض للتعامل معه في كثير من المواقف , فالإنسان
الثائر الغاضب يعد الأكثر شيوعاَ في المجتمع بالنسبة لأصناف الناس المختلفة الذين
يصعب علينا التعامل معهم .




ما يجب أن تلتزم به أمام إنسان عصبي عدواني الثبات والهدوء :
إن هذا الصنف من الناس يعرف تماماَ أن سلوكه يخضع للآخرين له , ويصيبهم بالضيق
ويساعده على أن ينال منهم ما يريد . ولذا فإن أهم ما يجب أن تلتزم به تجاهه أن تحاول
إخراجه من مسار الغضب والثورة وذلك لا يتحقق إلا بالثبات واللباقة .




فيمكن إجراء الحوار السابق على النحو التالي :
ــ العميل في (غضب) : (( ماذا تقول ؟ أتمزح معي ؟!.. أتبيعون أجهزة رديئة للناس
وفوق ذلك تتهمني بالغباء ؟!))
ــ البائع في(هدوء وحزم) : (( إطلاقاَ يا سيدي .. أعتقد أنك أسأت فهمي .. فإذا أردت أن
تعيد الجهاز لإصلاحه فلا مانع في ذلك , وسوف نخبرك بسبب العطب في أسرع وقت
ممكن , وبقيمة تكاليف الإصلاح , وإذا لم ترض بذلك , فأعتقد أنه من الأفضل أن تقابل مدير الشركة)) .





نلاحظ من ذلك , أن البائع استطاع أن يغير الموقف ويتفادى الإساءة , وذلك خلال
اعتماده في ردّه وحديثه على التالي :

• ألا يغضب ويثور .. وبالتالي استطاع أن يمتص غضب العميل .
• أن يضع حلاَ مريحاَ للعميل .
• أن يقترح عليه مقابلة المدير .
