كيف تصبح مدرب قائد , هو موضوعنا اللي هنتكلم فيها , واللي هنربط فيه ما بين عملك في مجال التدريب , وما بين شخصيتك كقائد في كل مجالات الحياة , والقيادة ليها تعريفات كيترة جدا , وبختصار القيادة هي القدرة علي تحريك الناس نحو الهدف .

القدرة القيادية
فالقائد هو الانسان الذي لديه المهارة علي تحريك الناس , كما ان القائد الناجح , هو الانسان الذي له اتباعه , فقد يكون للإنسان صفات قيادية , ولكنه لم يستطيع ان يصبح قائدا لانه لم يجد له اتباع , كذلك الهدف , وهو العنصر الاساسي الثالث من عناصر القيادة , عنصر الاخلاق لا يعد من العناصر الاساسية للقائد و حيث نجد الكثير من القادة كان بلا اخلاق , وانتهي به مصيره الي الهلاك .

هل القائد يولد قائدا ؟
قليلا جدا من الشخصيات هم من يولدون بالفطرة القيادية , وقد اخبرنا النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم عن ذلك انه قل من يولد بصفات القيادة الفطرية , ومن اعظم الامثلة علي من ولد بصفات القيادة الفطرية مثل عمربن الخطاب رضي الله عنه و ومعاوية بن ابي سفيان رضي الله عنه , والذي غضبت والداته حين قيل لها انه سيكون قائدا للعرب .. حين قالت اريده قائدا للدنيا , وهكذا كان معاوية بن ابي سفيان حين تولي الخلافة ولم يحدث في عصره أي فتن .

شخصيات لا تصلح للقيادة
كذلك توجد شخصيات لا تصلح للقيادة , فهم يولدون بصفات معينة , قد تجعلهم في مقدمة الشخصيات , ولكنهم لا يصلحون لتولي مهام القيادة , مثل ابوذر الغفاري , والذي اخبره صلي الله عليه وسلم انه لا يصلح لمهام القيادة مع ورعه وايمانه الشديد , فالقيادة ليس لها علاقة بالروحانيات او المبادئ او الاخلاق , فليس كل قائد عالم , وكذلك ليس كل عالم قائد .

الادوار الرئيسية للقائد
1/ التخطيط , حيث يشرف القائد علي التخطيط و وليس من الضرورة ان يكتب الخطة بنفسه , فهو يشرف علي الخطة ليضع ارائه وخبرته حول هذه الخطة .

2/ فتح افاق جديدة للعمل ( الابداع ) , حيث ان دور القائد هو الابتكار وابداع الافكار الجديدة خارج نطاق العمل .

3/ بناء العلاقات الرئيسية , حيث من مهام القائد هو تنمية العلاقات المختلفة مع جميع الجهات , وكذلك بناء علاقات جديدة , حيث يعد 20% من الزبائن سببا في 80% من النجاح في العمل ككل , فدور القائد هو الحفاظ علي وتنمية هذه العلاقات .

4/ حل المشكلات المزمنة , وهي حل المشكلات الصعبة التي يعجز عن حلها اعضاء الادارة , مثل المشكلة الصعبة والتي تحتاج لتدخل القيادة , وليست المشكلة التي تتعلق بسوء ترتيبات من الادارة .

5/ تطوير الذات والأخرين , من حيث تطوير المعلومات الجديدة باستمرار , وكذلك التدريب علي المهارات المختلفة , وتغير القناعات , ومن ثم تغير السلوكيات .
