لا تقارن نفسك بالآخرين لأن المقارنات كثيرا ما تكون مضللة وتشعرك بالوحدة
وقد تقودك الى اليأس والقنوط وتحبط عزيمتك مع تضعضع قوة الارادة

ضرورة اقناع ذاتك بتميزها فأنت بالتأكيد تتمتع بشئ ميميزك عن غيرك

تجاهل العيوب
قدر كل صفاتك وحتى العيوب البسيطة ايضا مثل شكل الانف او حجم الجسم
او نوع الشعر ومحاولة عدم التفكير بأنها جوانب سلبية لان ذلك يجلب لك الاحباط
فحاول ان تكيف نفسك معها بمرونة اكثر
والافضل ان يحب المرء نفسه ويقدر مايملكه من صفات

التركيز على ابراز معالم التميز الخاصة بك عن غيرك
فهذا كفيل بأن يمنحك شعورا بالثقة ويخرجك من دائرة الاحباط
يجب ان تعتقد انك الاحسن واذا لم تكن الاحسن تظاهر بانك الاحسن
فهذا سينعكس على تصرفاتك

حدد الهدف
تمسك بقراراتك الصائبة وكن صارما في تحديد اهدافك
وقراراتك التي تتناسب مع قدراتك الشخصية فذلك يدعم قدرتك
اللاحقةعلى القبول او الرفض ويكسبك احترام الذات

عبر
من الضروري التعبير عن الانفعالات الايجابية والسلبية كي تكسب
وهذا من اساسيات الثقة بالنفس والقدره على المواجهة
كما ان كبت المشاعر خاصة السلبية يتسبب في الاحساس بالتعاسة

احرص على عدم لوم نفسك احيانا عندما لاتسير الامور كما تريد فلا تلم نفسك
ولا الآخرين او الظروف والمواقف فإنك بذلك تعطيهم القوة لقهرك

تمكن من الاصرار على عدم ترك نفسك فريسة للشعور بالأسى
