ماذا نعني بتطوير الذات ؟

هو منهج يعمل على تنمية واكتساب أي مهارة أو معلومة أو سلوك تجعل الإنسان يشعر بالرضا والسلام الداخلي وتعينه على التركيز على أهدافه في الحياة وتحقيقها وتعدّه وتجهزه للتعامل مع أي عائق يمنعه من ذلك .

إن التعريف المذكور أعلاه بني على افتراضات مهمة وأصيلة وهي :

1-أسمى أهداف الإنسان المسلم وغاياته هو الوصول إلى الجنة ولابد أن يصرف حياته كلها في سبيل هذا الهدف ولذا فمن المفترض أن يكون هذا الهدف أول الأولويات وأن تقاس باقي أهداف الإنسان من حيث أهميتها على هذا الهدف فالسعي لتحصيل المال كهدف مثلاً لابد أن يتماشى مع هذه الغاية في الوصول للجنة وكذلك الأمر مع أي هدف دنيوي آخر غير جمع المال .

2-تطوير الذات لا يخرج عن مقاصد الشريعة فلا يطلب الإنسان تطوير نفسه بما لا يتفق مع الثوابت الشرعية .

3-تطويرالذات لا ينفك عن تزكية النفس من الناحية وهو الوصول إلى كمال الإيمان وتطهير النفس مما يخدش الإيمان بل هو حالة خاصة من تزكية النفس فهي الأصل الذي يسعى إليه كل مؤمن عاقل .

4-تطوير الذات هو مهمة مستمرة دائما لا تتوقف عند حد أو عمر .


أهمية تطوير الذات :

لقد أضحى من نافلة القول أن يذكر أن تطوير الذات مهم بل مهم جداً وذلك للأسباب التالية :

لاشيء ثابت في هذا الكون سوى التغيير وهو قادم وواقع لا محالة فمن لا يتقدم يتقادم ويصبح ( دقة قديمة ) كما يقول المثل الشعبي ولذلك يجب على كل عاقل أن يطور نفسه .

3 -ضغوط الحياة تزداد ولا بد من أن تتعلم طرق جديدة ومفيد ة للتعامل معها .

11 - لإعداد بناء النفس نحو الأحسن والاقوم.
