هل هنالك علاقة بين الألوان و علم النفس ؟

نعم فالعلاقة شديدة وواضحة بينهما ،، ذلك لأن تأثير الألوان على النفس البشرية

بات علماً ودراسة لوجود الرابط الكبير بينهما،، فالواضح بأن لكل لون من الألوان المتوفرة
من حولنا ارتباط نفسي وتأثير { لا إرادي } يدخل باللاشعور الداخلي .

و قد علم هذه الناحية أطباء علم النفس لذلك أصبحت جزءً من علاجهم لمرضاهم .


وأكثر من ذلك تم استعمالها في عياداتهم الخاصة كمزيج متداخل ضمن لوحات فنية
لتوضع كديكور في العيادات لمعرفة طباع هذا المريض من الوهلة الأولى .


و مع أنها مجموعة كبيرة و متعددة و مشتقة من بعضها إلا أننا لن ندرج في دراستنا
هذه سوى بعض الألوان الأساسية و المستعملة بشكل مستمر في حياتنا .





الأزرق:

هذا اللون هو العلاج الانجح بين الألوان يخفف الألم وهو مضاد للالتهاب ومسكن ومنشط .
وهذا اللون يولد مناخاً من السكينة والانفتاح وكذلك يقضي على التوتر وارتفاع
ضغط الدم ويشجع عملية الزفير .

لذلك ينصح باللجوء الى اللون الأزرق لمن يعاني من الصداع وأوجاع الرأس
والربو فهو فعال لتهدئة الأطفال زائدي النشاط .





الأحمر:

أكثر الألوان قوة يهيئ الجسم للحركة فيعزز عملية الشهيق ويؤدي الى ارتفاع ضغط الدم .د
