-المقاطع : قل له لو سمحت إذا كان ممكنناً .
-الهامس : توقف و انظر إليه مباشرة .
-الصامت : تقول هل ما رأيك في كذا .
-المشغول : اطلب إغلاق أجهزة الهاتف , حدد موعداً للراحة .
-النائم : غير نبرة صوتك , استعمل الفكاهة ارفع الصوت فجأة .
