عوامل نجاح تعليم ( تدريب ) التفكير

يترتب نجاح عملية تعليم ( تدريب ) التفكير ومهاراته على عدة عوامل هامة هي :
1ـ المعلم ( المدرب )
2ـ استراتيجية تعليم ( تدريب ) مهارة التفكير .
3ـ البيئة المدرسية والصفية ( التدريبية ) .
4 ـ ملاءمة النشاطات التعليمية ( التدريبية ) لمهارات التفكير .

و سأخص منها بالحديث المفصل دور المعلم ( المدرب )لأنه أحد مرتكزات التعليم ( المدرب ) الفاعلة التي يعتمد عليها تعليم عملية التفكير بنجاح ، وكذلك استراتيجية تعليم مهارة التفكير لأنها موضوع الدراسة التي نحن بصددها .

أولا ـ المعلم ( المدرب ) :
يعد المعلم ( المدرب ) من أهم عوامل نجاح برنامج تعليم التفكير ، لأن النتائج المتحققة من تطبيق أي برنامج لتعليم ( تدريب ) التفكير ومهاراته تتوقف بدرجة كبيرة على نوعية التعليم ( التدريب ) الذي يمارسه المعلم ( المدرب ) داخل الغرف الصفية ( التدريبية ) .

وسنذكر في هذا السياق مجموعة من السلوكيات التي يجب على المعلمين التحلي بها من أجل توفير البيئة الصفية المناسبة لإنجاح عملية تعليم التفكر وتعلمه:

1ـ مراعاة الاستماع للمشاركين :
إن الاستماع للمشاركين يمكن المعلم ( المدرب ) من التعرف على أفكارهم عن قرب .

2 ـ احترام التنوع والانفتاح :
يتطلب تعليم ( تدريب ) التفكير إدماج المشاركين في عملية التفكير ذاتها التي يقومون بتعلمها ، أو وضعهم في مواقف تحتاج منهم ممارسة نشاط التفكير ، وليس إشغالهم في البحث عن إجابة صحيحة لكل سؤال . لذلك فإن المعلم ( المدرب )الذي يلح على الامتثال والتوافق مع الآخرين في كل شيء يقتل التفكير والأصالة والإبداع لدى المشاركين .

3 ـ تشجيع المناقشة والتعبير :
يحتاج المشاركين دائما إلى فرص للتعبير عن آرائهم ، ومناقشة وجهات نظرهم مع زملائهم و المدرب . وعلى المعلم ( المدرب ) أن يهيئ للمشاركين فرصا للنقاش ، ويشجعهم على المشاركة فيه .
