خطوات تنظيم التدريب

تتمثل خطوات تنظيم التدريب فيما يلى :


أ – تحديد المدة الزمنية للتدريب بحيث يتضمن كل أسبوع المواد والأنشطة التدريبية الخاصة به ( المحتوى التدريبي - موضوعات المحادثة الإلكترونية Chatting- المصادر الاثرائية -الاختبارات التدريبية )

ب- تتكون الدورة التدريبية من: محتوى تدريبي (100% تدريب غير متزامن، مصادر إثرائيه ( مواقع ويب وارتباطات )، اختبارات ( مرحلية – نهائية ).

ج- يعقد اختبار نهاية الدورة التدريبية وتتمثل درجة الاختبار من 100 موزعة كما يلي: ( 50 درجة خاصة بالمحتوى التدريبي - 35 درجة خاصة بالمصادر الإثرائيه - 15 درجات للمحادثات الإلكترونية مع المدرب )

د- الإشراف التدريبي: يتضمن الموقع نظام فعال للإشراف على التدريب يتيح للمدرب متابعة العمل التدريبي والحصول على التغذية الراجعة واستخراج البيانات وكتابة التقارير.

ه- الدعم والمساندة : يضمن الموقع خدمة الدعم والمساندة لضمان استمرارية عمل النظام بدون أي مشكلات حيث يتم الاستفادة من التغذية الراجعة لتطوير المحتوى التعليمي من الناحية العلمية والتدريبية بالإضافة إلى تطوير الأهداف والأنشطة والأساليب وتتمثل طرق الدعم المتاحة بالموقع في: الدعم بالتليفون- الدعم بالبريد الالكتروني –المحادثة الإلكترونية Chatting .
