مقدمة
إدارة الإعمال أمر بالغ الأهمية لتحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية في بيئة الأعمال اليوم. سوف تكون قادر على التعرف وممارسة إدارة الأعمال بأحدث الطرق سوق تتمكن من أهم نظريات العلم حول الإدارة الحديثة .


الهدف العام من الدبلوم :
أن يتعرف المتدرب على المفاهيم الرئيسة والمنهجيات المتعبة في إدارة الأعمال ، وأن يصف الاجراءات العملية والتقنيات المستخدمة في إدارة الأعمال ، وأن يتقن مبادئ الإدارة الأساسية ، وأن يكون قادراً على ممارسة مبادئ وأسس الإدارة.


أهداف البرنامج
إعداد الكوادر المؤهلة للعمل الإداري وترشيحها للعمل بالمؤسسات والشركات المحلية والدولية. وتطوير قدرات ومزايا الموظفين والإداريين الحاليين وإكسابك المهارات اللازمة لأعداد الخطط الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة أو المنظمة أو الشركة أو المنشأة الخاصة بك أو التي تعمل بها أن تكون قادرا على تحليل أداء المؤسسات وتحديد نقاط الضعف وممعالجتها بأفضل الوسائل أن تكون قادرا على العمل كمحلل أو استشاري إداري للشركات والمؤسسات والهيئات وتكون قادرا على تطوير منصبك و منتجك ومشروعك وفق احدث الوسائل الإدارية

يهدف دبلوم إدارة الأعمال الى إكساب المشاركين المفاهيم والمهارات في كل من :
دبلوم إدارة الأعمال يهدف الى النظم والأساليب الإدارية الفعالة والمهارات المطلوبة للوصول الى التميز والجودة في العملية الإدارية .
دبلوم إدارة الأعمال يهدف الى إعداد خطط العمل بأنواعها على مستوى المؤسسة أو الإدارات .
