[IMG]file:///C:\Users\Doaa\AppData\Local\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\c lip_image001.gif[/IMG] قدرة المدرب علي وضع واختبار حقيبة تدريبيه أو تدريب منهاج جاهز .
يمكن للمدرب الذي لا يتم أعتمادة تحسين وضعه من خلال الحصول على دورات تدريبية تنشيطية في مجال التدريبي وتحسين نقاط الضعف لديه، والتقدم للأعتماد بعد ستة اشهر من تاريخ التقييم السابق.

مكونات المعايير :
يتضمن المعيار الدولي لتقييم المدرب IST عدد 5 مؤشرات رئيسية و25 مؤشر فرعي و70 نقطة قياس ، وتتضمن المؤشرات الرئيسية ما يلي:
الخلفية العلمية والاسهام المهني
الخبرة المهنية
الأداء التدريبي
الممارسة التدريبية
السمات الشخصية والتوافق العقلي

المزايا الممنوحة
سيحصل المدرب علي :

[IMG]file:///C:\Users\Doaa\AppData\Local\Temp\msohtmlclip1\01\c lip_image001.gif[/IMG] يقوم أحد استشاري ICI بحضور برنامج تدريبي للمدرب لتقييم بعض البنود. ولا يتم الحصول علي الإفادة إلا بعد هذا الإجراء.
