1. تجهيزات قاعة التدريب:

لا يبدو تجهيز قاعة التدريب موضوعاً ذو أهمية بالغة في مبدأ الأمر، ولمعظم المدربين، خاصة الذين يعملون في الدورات التدريبية القصيرة والمكثـفة، حيث تكون البيئة الطبيعية لمكان التدريب أما غير معروفة أو أحد المعوقات المؤكدة.

وعادة ما يكون الانشغال بتجهيز مواد التدريب وهو الأمر الذي يحتل قمة اهتمامات المدرب دون أي اعتبار لتهيئة المكان الذي سيتم فيه تقديم هذه المواد التدريبية إلا أنه من الضروري بمكان إعطاء القدر الكافي من الاهتمام بهذا الأمر لأن نجاح التدريب إلى حد كبير مرهون بتوفير البيئة المناسبة بغض النظر عن مواد التدريب المستخدمة.



2. أهم الاعتبارات في تجهيز واختيار مكان التدريب:

علاقة المتدربين ببعضهم البعض وبالمدرب (شكل الجلوس، المسافات، اتصال النظر).
الجو العام (المساحة، النظام، التهوية، الهدوء).
التجهيزات (ماء الشرب، مقاعد، مكان لفترات الراحة).
الأجهزة والمعدات (الإضاءة، المعينات التدريبية، المراوح، مكيفات الهواء أو الدفايات، التوصيلات الكهربائية).
3. العوامل التي توضع في الاعتبار عن اختيار وتجهيز قاعة التدريب:

تصميم الكراسي.
المظهر العام المريح.
التهوية.
الرؤية.
السماع.
مواقع الحمامات.
سلال المهملات/ طفايات السجائر.
4. أشياء يجب مراعاتها في تجهيز واختيار مكان التدريب:

تجنب الديكور الصارخ الذي يؤثر على تركيز المتدرب.
المعدات كالسبورات الورقية يجب أن تكون متحركة أو بالإمكان تغطيتها عندما لا تكون قيد الاستعمال.
يجب أن تكون شكل الجلسة يتيح أكبر قدر من اتصال النظر بين المشاركين ورؤية جيدة للمعينات التدريبية المستخدمة.
يجب أن تكون مساحة الغرفة ونوع الأثاث بالصورة التي تعطي القدر الكافي من المرونة في التشكيل وتوفير الفراغات.
لا بد من وجود ملحقات كغرفة للراحة أو لتخزين مواد التدريب.
مواصفات المقاعد تشمل الارتفاع، زاوية الميل، راحة الأيدي، الحركة دون إزعاج، ونوع التجليد المناسب.
التهوية ودرجة الحرارة يجب أن يتم التحكم فيها لاستيعاب أكبر عدد ممكن من الناس داخل القاعة.
أجهزة العرض والتلفزيونات يجب أن تتناسب مع حجم الغرفة مع وجود آلية للتحكم في الإضاءة.
الأشياء الإضافية كالساعات، لافتة عنوان الدورة على المدخل يجب أن يتم توفيرها.
مستوى الضوضاء يجب أن يكون محدداً ويمكن التحكم فيه.
5. شكل جلوس المتدربين:

ترتيبات الجلوس ذات أهمية كبيرة في التدريب حيث أن شكل وضع الأثاث بالقاعة يعطي المتدربين إشارة مبكرة حول طبيعة الدورة التدريبية ويؤثر على توقعاتهم لها. وبشكل عام فإن ترتيبات الجلوس تعتمد على:

شكل ومساحة قاعة التدريب.
عدد المشاركين.
نوع الأنشطة التدريبية المقدمة.
طبيعة التدريب ودور المدرب فيه.

ما هي أهمية شكل جلوس المتدربين في عملية التدريب؟

شكل الجلوس له علاقة بطريقة / أسلوب التدريب.

الأشكال الشائعة للجلوس في التدريب

1- شكل المجموعات الصغيرة:

يسمح بتفاعل جيد بين أعضاء المجموعة الصغيرة فقط ويحرم أعضاء المجموعة الواحدة من الاتصال والتواصل مع المجموعات الأخرى ويحتاج لمساحة كبيرة.



2- الشكل نصف الحلقي:

يسمح للمدرب بالاتصال مع من يريد ولكن فرص الاتصال بين المدربين ضعيفة.



3- الشكل البيضاوي:

لا يوفر الحد المطلوب من الاتصال الفعَّال بين المتدربين فالبعض ينعم باتصال جيد مع البعض ويُحرم البعض الآخر من ذلك.



4- شكل حرف u :

شائع جداً وفرص الاتصال فيه ليست كافية حيث تنشط بين مشاركين وتضعف بين آخرين ويتطلب مساحة كافية كضمان لسهولة الحركة، وللتغلب على هذه المشاكل تزال الطاولات.



5- شكل المربع:

الاتصال ضعيف نوعاً ما من حيث الفاعلية ويكون قوياً بين المدرب والمتدرب الذي يليه في الاتجاهين ولكنه ضعيف بين المتدربين المتقابلين خاصة إذا كانت المسافة كبيرة.



6- الشكل الدائري:

من أقوى الأشكال فاعلية في الاتصال على مستوى المجموعة التدريبية ويستخدم يشكل واسع في التدريب بالمشاركة.



7- الشكل المصفوف:

من الأشكال التقليدية التي تستخدم في البرامج التدريبية المرتكزة على تقديم المعلومات كالمحاضرات.



8- الشكل الموازي:

يستخدم على نطاق المجموعات الصغيرة والاتصال فيه ضعيف بين المتدربين وقوي مع المدرب.



9- شكل المدرج:

شكل شائع مع الجماعات المتوسطة والكبيرة العدد ولا تسمح باتصال فعَّال بين المتدربين.



10- الجلوس الحر:

الاتصال ضعيف بين المتدربين ويُستخدم في المهمات الفردية والتي تستلزم وجود مسافة معينة بين متدرب وآخر (الامتحانات).
