أطوار تكوين الذكريات


1)عندما نعيش تجربة (نفكر, نشعر, نتحرك) نكون بذلك قد حفزنا حواسنا.

2) يقوم المخ بتخزين الخبرات.

3) يتم ترتيب الخبرات حسب الأولوية والأهمية والقيمة والمعنى, والفائدة.

4)يتم تنشيط خلايا عصبية فردية.

5) تحدث تفاعلات كهربائية وكيميائية
لنقل المعلومات من خلايا إلى أخرى.

6) تزداد الترابطات قوة بالتكرار والراحة والانفعالات, لتصبح ذكريات دائمة.
