مما لاشك فيه أن تداعيات التغيرات البيئية بمضمونها السياسي والاقتصادي رافقها تسارع لتطور أساليب التخطيط والإدارة الاستراتيجية، وعليه فإن امتلاك المؤسسة لقدرة تنافسية بات محور اهتمام القيادة الاستراتيجية كي تضمن النجاح والاستمرار والبقاء والنمو، وعليه يعقد هذا البرنامج التدريبي بهدف عرض إطار متكامل لعناصر ومكونات المفهوم العملياتي للإدارة الاستراتيجية، التعريف بأساليب التحليل البيئي وكيفية صياغة الاستراتيجيات ووضع برامج تنفيذها ومتابعتها، عرض عناصر ومتطلبات التغيير الاستراتيجي وتسليط الضوء على مهارات اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية، عرض آليات بناء القدرات الاستراتيجية؛ وذلك من خلال محاور عدة منها: إطار عملياتي للإدارة الاستراتيجية .. فهم معاصر، منهجية تشخيص وتحليل عناصر ومكونات البيئة الداخلية والبيئة الخارجية، البدائل والخيارات الاستراتيجية والمتغيرات الاستراتيجية، صياغة القرارات الاستراتيجية وإعداد البرامج التنفيذية، التطبيق الفعال للاستراتيجية ومراحل وأدوات تقييمها.
