مقدمة علم الجرافولوجي
ما هو علم الجرافولوجي " تحليل الشخصية من خلال خط اليد " يعتبر من أقوى برامج التنمية البشرية و مهارات الاتصال ، حيث يكتسب طالب هذا العلم مهارات عالية تكاد أن لا تضاهيها أي تقنية أخرى ، فهي تعطي الأشخاص القدرة اللامحدودة في فهم أنفسهم و فهم الآخرين عن قرب و ترجمة سلوكهم و تحليل ذواتهم و الوصول بهم إلى أعلى مستوى من الاتصال الفعال معهم.
" ماذا نستفيد من علم الجرافولوجي
1 – التعرف على شخصيتك الخاصة و نظامك المفضل في التعامل مع الآخرين.
2 – فهم و معرفة أسرار النفسيات البشرية و بالتالي تحقيق الألفة و التوافق التام معهم.
3 – معرفة أنماط البشر و كيفية تفكيرهم لتحقيق الانسجام و التواصل معهم.
4 – فن التأثير في الآخرين.
5 – إبهار الآخرين بما ستستكشفه من سلوكياتهم و صفاتهم.
6 – تحليل تام للشخصية بحيث يصبح الشخص الذي أمامك و كأنه كتاب مفتوح.
7 – معرفة قدرات الموظفين و وضعهم في الأماكن المناسبة التي تتفق مع قدراتهم.
8 – القدرة على اكتساب الشخصية صفات عديدة مثل
( الثقة بالنفس – القدرة على التكيف في الحوار – المرونة – اللطافه السيولة و تدفق الأفكار و العديد من صفات القيادة ).
9 – التعرف على شخصيات الأبناء و معرفة ميولهم و قدراتهم.
10 – معرفة شخصية الزوج و الزوجة و بالتالي تحقيق الألفة و التوافق التام بينهم .
11 – يكشف التجاوب العاطفي
12 – يكشف الطاقة العقلية
13 – معرفة الدوافع و الاحتياجات الجنسية و الحسية
14 – يكشف المخاوف و الدفاعات
15 – يكشف النزاهة و الاستقامة و الصدق
16 - يكشف المهارات و المواهب
17 – بعض الدول المتقدمة تستخدم هذا العلم في الشركات الكبيرة
و خاصة في إدارات التوظيف ، كما و أن البعض الآخر يستعمله لكشف هوية المجرمين و غيرهم.
