2) رغم احتواء التمر على كثير من العناصر الغذائية الا أن الألياف الموجودة في تكوينه تجعله خفيفا على المعدةة وتمهيد رائه لها قبل أن يدخل اليها طعام جديد بعد توقفها عن العمل فترة طويلة وهذا الشئ من أهم فوائد التمر.
3) يمد جسد الصائم بالطاقة والسعرات الحرارية والسكريات الطبيية التي تساعده على ان لا يفقد توازنه ان تناول التمر في السحور.
4) يساعد الجسد على القضاء على الكوليسترول الضار.
