مفاهيم وطرق التسويق الإلكتروني - الجزء الأول

مدخل
لو فكرت في أن تبدأ نشاطاً تجارياً تقليدياً وتوفرت لديك الظروف المناسبة لذلك فإن الدعامات الرئيسية الثلاث التي سيرتكز عليها هذا المشروع ستكون على النحو التالي:
1. السلعة أو الخدمة التي ستقوم بتسويقها ومن ثم بيعها بعد دراسة مدى إحتياج السوق لها.
2. آليات تسويق هذه الخدمة أو السلعة وطرق الحصول على أكبر عدد ممكن من الزبائن.
3. كيفية المحافظة على النجاح الذي تحققه وإمكانية التطوير والتوسع.
إلى جانب هذه المكونات الرئيسية سيكون هناك بالتأكيد مجموعة من العوامل الأخرى مثل إختيار المكان المناسب لهذا النشاط التجاري وتوفير رأس المال الكافي وغير ذلك من الإجراءات الضرورية التي تأخذ حيزاً كبيراً من الحساب والدرس والتفكير عند التخطيط لبدء أي مشروع تجاري.
لن نستطيع القول أن التسويق الإلكتروني أو التسويق عبر شبكة الإنترنت يختلف إلى حد كبير عن التسويق التقليدي قكل المكونات التي سبق ذكرها هي عناصر أساسية للنجاح في التسويق لإي منتج أو خدمة إلكترونيا إلى حد ما والإختلاف بين المجالين (التقليدي والإلكتروني) يكمن في الشكل والإسلوب التي تتم به عملية التنفيذ.
يقدم هذا الكتيب وعبر صفحاته دراسة مبدئية عن التسويق الإلكتروني وطرقه المختلفة والمتطلبات الهامة والضرورية من وجهة نظري لبناء المحل الإلكتروني، ويستعرض في شيئ من الإيجاز مراحل بناء هذا المحل والخطوات الواجب القيام بها لتحقيق النجاح المرجو من هذا النشاط وهو يفتح بذلك باب النقاش والتعليق ليضع هذه الأمانة على عاتق القراء من أجل خلق صورة أوضح وأكمل لمفهوم التسويق الإلكتروني عربياً.
التسويق الإلكتروني – نقطة البداية
يمكن تعريف التسويق الإلكتروني على أنه نوع من التسويق لسلعة أو خدمة معينة على شبكة الإنترنت.
صارت شبكة الإنترنت الآن تحتل حيزاً مهماً من حياتنا اليومية لكونها مصدر من المصادر المهمة للحصول على المعلومة منافسة في ذلك الوسائط التقليدية في نشر الخبر أو المعلومة مثل الجرائد والمجلات والإذاعات المرئية والمسموعة، فإلى جانب إعتبار هذه الشبكة مصدر مهم للمعرفة، أصبح بالإمكان ومع تطور الوسائل التقنية المساعدة في ذلك، أصبح بالإمكان خلق مساحة جديدة يمكن إستثمارها في التسويق لبعض السلع أو الخدمات ومالوسائل المساعدة وتطور الطرق المختلفة الداعمة لعملية التسويق – والتي سيأتي ذكرها بالتفصيل لاحقاً – إلا جزء ضروري ومكمل للعملية التسويقية تضمن إعتماد هذه الشبكة كوسط فعال ومناسب لهذه العملية.
التجارة الإلكترونية والتسويق الإلكتروني
يمكن النظر إلى التجارة الإلكترونية كمفهوم لنشر وترويج السلع أو الخدمات وبيعها على شبكة الإنترنت، وعلى إعتبار التميز الذي تحظى به البيئة الرقمية للإنترنت فإننا في حاجة ماسة بالتأكيد إلى وسائل وطرق رقمية أيضاً للترويج لهذه السلع ونشرها على الشبكة بداية من تأسيس المتجر الإلكتروني المتمثل في الموقع الإلكتروني وإنتهاء بقبول طلبات الزبائن الراغبين في شراء هذه السلع أو الخدمات.
في قراءة سريعة لبيئة التسويق الإلكتروني والبيئة التقليدية نجد ذلك التلاقي في المكونات والأفكار بحيث تسيران معاً في خط متواز في حين يكمن الإختلاف في الأسلوب أو الطريقة التي تتم بها عملية التسويق والنشر، ومن هنا إنعكست بعض نماذج التجارة التفليدية ومفاهيمها على التجارة الإلكترونية.
نورد الآن بعضاً من نماذج التجارة الإلكترونية وبإختصار:
1. (Business-to-Business Model (B2B
ويعتمد هذا النموذج على تبادل الشركات لعلاقات التسويق فيما بينها. يمكن أن نسوق هنا مثال على هذا النوع من التجارة حيث تقوم بعض الشركات مثلاً بتصنيع بطافات العرض أو بطاقات الصوت وتقوم ببيعها لشركات إنتاج أجهزة الحاسوب لتقوم بتجميعها وبيعها لاحقاً.
2. (Business-to-Consumer Model (B2C
هذا النموذج يعتمد على قيام شركة ما بتوفير منتج أو خدمة معينة لزبائنها أو حرفائها.
3. (Peer-to-Peer Model (P2P
يعتبر هذا النموذج أقل نماذج التسويق شيوعاً،4. حيث يقوم الأشخاص بتسويق المنتجات أو الخدمات فيما بينهم.
من الجدير بالذكر أن البداية كانت مع النموذج الثاني (B2C) تلاه النموذج الأول والذي يعتبر أكثر تعقيداً مقارنة بالنماذج الباقية.
إما إذا نظرنا إلى التسويق الإلكتروني فإننا نعتبره الأسلوب الذي تتم به تنفيذ عمليات النشر والتوزيع على شبكة الإنترنت، وهذه هي الآليات التي تميز التسويق التقليدي عن مرادفه الإلكتروني من خلال إستخدام محركات البحث مثلاً في عملية إشهار المواقع والترويج لها أو إستخدام تقنيات الرسائل الإلكترونية لكسب المزيد من الزبائن وللتعريف بالسلعة إلى غير ذلك من الطريق المعتمدة والمعروفة في عالم التسويق والتي سيأتي ذكرها وشرح خصائصها في مقالات لاحقة.
مزايا التسويق الإلكتروني
1. على إعتبار أن بيئة الإنترنت الآن أصبحت واسعة الإنتشار وكذلك نظراً للتطور التقني وزيادة سرعة التصفح أصبح من السهل الحصول على أي معلومة تخص منتج أو خدمة ما على هذه الشبكة،2. كما أصبح بالإمكان إقتناء تلك السلعة والحصول عليها في زمن وجيز ليتمكن بذلك أي مسوق من الترويج لسلعته وبيعها متخطياً بذلك الحدود الإقليمية لمكان تواجده وليدخل بسلعته حدود العالمية التي تضمن على الأقل رواجاً أكثر لتلك السلعة أو الخدمة. بإختصار،3. جعل التسويق الإلكتروني الحصول على السلعة أو الخدمة ممكناً دون التقيد بالزمان أو المكان.
4. يساهم التسويق الإلكتروني في فتح المجال أمام الجميع للتسويق لسلعهم أو خبراتهم دون التمييز بين الشركة العملاقة ذات رأس المال الضخم وبين الفرد العادي أو الشركة الصغيرة محدودة الموارد.
5. تمتاز آليات وطرق التسويق الإلكتروني بالتكلفة المنحفضة والسهولة في التنفيذ مقارنة بآليات التسويق التقليدي ولن ننسى بالطبع إمكانية تكييف نفقات تصميم المتجر الإلكتروني والدعاية له وإشهاره بصورة مجانية أو بمقابل مادي وفق الميزانية المحددة له في حين يبدو من الصعب تطبيق مثل هذه الآليات على النشاط التجاري التقليدي.
6. من خلال إستخدام التقنيات البرمجية المصاحبة لبيئة التسويق الإلكتروني ولعمليات الدعاية في هذه البيئة الرقمية يمكن ببساطة تقييم وقياس مدى النجاح في أي حملة إعلانية وتحديد نقاط الضعف والقوة فيها كما يمكن توجيه أو تحديد التوزيع الجغرافي للشرائح المقصودة بهذه الحملات وغير ذلك من الأهداف والتي تبدو صعبة التحقيق عند إستخدام الوسائل التقليدية.
طرق التسويق الإلكتروني
يشمل التسويق الإلكتروني مجموعة من الطرق التي يمكن إستخدامها للنجاح في الترويج لأي سلعة أو خدمة مع ضرورة الإنتباه إلى النقاط التالية:
· يمكن إعتماد بعض أو جل هذه الطرق في عملية التسويق للمنتج ويظل الفيصل في تحديد أكثر الطرق ملائمة هو المنتج في حد ذاته.
· الميزانية المحددة لعملية التسويق والمبالغ المالية المرصودة للبدء في الحملات الدعائية للمنتج إذ أن بعض هذه الطرق غير مجانية.
· الخبرات الشخصية للمسوق نفسه في التعامل مع الآليات والبرمجيات المختلفة للعملية التسويقية ولبيئة التسويق الرقمي عموماً.
