أهداف التقييم في التدريب

السبب الرئيسي للتقييم هوتحديد فعالية البرامج التدريبية أوالمدخلات التى تحدثها المنشأة بهدف التطوير والتغيير ويتوقع عادة بنهاية عملية التقييم الوصول إلى نتائج تبرر الجهود المبذولة في هذا النشاط، وتعوض ويفوق عائدها ما انفق عليها من موارد مالية وهنالك أسباب مصاحبة للسبب الرئيسي هي :

1 - تحديد إذا ما كان التدريب مواكباً للأهداف الأصلية التى عقد من أجلها.

2 - تحديد التحسينات التي يتم إدخالها على برامج التدريب وفق ما تنتهي إليه عملية التقييم (تحديد مناطق القوه والضعف في البرنامج التدريبي )

3 - تحديد ما إذا كان هناك عائد على الاستثمار (ROI)Return On Investmen للمجهود التدريبي.

4 - تحديد من يمكنهم الاستفادة بهذه البرامج والأنشطة التطويرية.

5 - اختبار مدى وضوح ومصداقية الأسئلة والإستقصاءات والأدوات والأساليب المستخدمة في النشاط التدريبي.

6 - تحديد الوحدات أوالشخصيات الأكثر أوالأقل استفادة من البرامج أوالنشاط التدريبي.

7 - تجميع معلومات تفيد في تخطيط النشاط التدريبي أوتسويق البرامج التدريبية.

8 - تحديد مدى ملائمة هذا البرنامج أوالنشاط لأهداف واحتياجات المنشاة.

9 - بناء قاعدة معلومات أساسية يمكن إستخدامها لمعاونة الإدارة في اتخاذ قرارات مستقبلية.

10 - إبراز اقتصاديات التدريب من حيث مقارنة كلفة البرنامج مع عائده [/ol]× وعموماً عادة ما يتم إجراء التقييم لعدة أغراض تنقسم في مجملها إلى مجموعتين :

(1) تحسين وتطوير عملية تنمية الموارد البشرية.

(2) تحديد وجوب الاستمرار في العملية من عدمه.


ويمكن تفصيل هذه الأغراض في الآتي :
1. تحديد ما إذا كان البرنامج قد حقق أهدافه : تحديد مدى متابعة المكونات للبرنامج التدريبي حيث يمكن للتقييم المساعدة في تحديد فعالية المكونات المختلفة لبرنامج تنمية الموارد البشرية ( بيئة التعليم، محتويات البرنامج…. الخ ).

2. علاقة التكلفة والعائد : بمعنى إذا ما كان البرنامج يبرر تكاليفه أم لا عبر المقارنة بين تكاليف البرنامج وفائدته أوقيمته النهائية.

3. تحديد من الذي ينبغي اشتراكه في البرامج المعدة فهي المستقبل.
