الهدف من البرنامجالتدريبي :هو تنمية وتطوير قدرات ومهارات العاملين لاكتساب المعارف الحديثة تجاه استخدام الاساليب والتقنيات المعاصرة في اعمال السكرتارية والمحفوظات.

محاور البرنامج التدريبي:
1- مفاهيم السكرتارية و المحفوظات المعاصرة في المنظمات الحديثة ( المكتب الحديث ، و ظائفه ، أهدافه ، و أهمية إدارته ، و تنظيم أعمال السكرتارية والمحفوظات به ) .
2- الإستراتيجية المستخدمة لخدمة أعمال السكرتارية و المحفوظات و مراحل أنظمة الإعداد والتجهيز لتنظيم الملفات و المعلومات و إستيعاب طرق الفهرسة و الحفظ .
3- الإجراءات و الخطط التنفيذية لإقامة أنظمة متطورة لحفظ و إسترجاع مواد المعلومات ومزايا إستخدام التقنيات الحديثة في هذا المجال .
4- مهام السكرتارية و مهارته و صفاته و واجباته و الأسلوب السليم لصياغة المكتبات و محاضر الجلسات و فن تنظيم سكرتارية الإجتماعات .
5- عناصر فعالية تصرفات السكرتير و قواعد الإتيكيت و آداب المعاملة و اللياقة و إستقبال وتصدير المكاتبات و فن الحوار و الإتصال .
