وضع معايير للتقويم والتاهيل لقياس حاجة تدريب العاملين-
*تحديد اﻻ‌حتياجات التدريبيه للعاملين وتحديد اﻻ‌مكانيات التدريبيه الواجب توافرها للوفاء بتلك اﻻ‌حتياجات ( اﻻ‌مكانيات البشريه والماديه ) .-*اﻻ‌عﻼ‌م عن البرامج التى تقوم بها اﻻ‌داره والعمل على نشر الوعى التدريبى بين العاملين وذلك عن طريق النشرات الرسميه-*
اﻻ‌تصال بأجهزة ومراكز التدريب المختلفه-
*وضع خطه لتوزيع المنح والبعثات وحوافز التدريب مع تحقيق مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص بين العاملين-*
متابعه وتقييم النشاط التدريبى عن طريق اﻻ‌تصال بالرؤساء للوقوف على مدى اﻻ‌ستفاده التى تحققت*-*
اﻻ‌شراف على تنفيذ برامج التدريب ومراجعة تقييمها
