طريقه لضمان نجاح تقنية الحرية النفسية

أولا المرض النفسى

يمكن تعريفه بأنه اضطراب وظيفى فى الشخصية نفسى المنشاء يبدو فى اعراض نفسية وجسمية مختلفة يؤثر في سلوك الفرد فيعوق توافقه النفسى ويعوقه عن ممارسة حياته بشكل سوى

أنواعه

للمرض النفسي نوعان (خفيف وشديد)و
الخفيف يضفى بغض الغرابةعلى شخصية المريض وسلوكه
أما الشديد فقد يؤدى إلى القتل أو الانتحار
وهناك (فرق بين المرض النفسي والسلوك المرضى) فالسلوك المرضى سلوك عابر يلونه الاضطراب الذي نراه كأحد أعراض المرض النفسي فقد نشاهد السلوك الهستيري لدى الشخص السوى ولكن هذا يختلف عن المريض بالهستيريا

السوية أوالعادية
السوية هي القدرة على توافق الفرد مع نفسه ومع بيئته الذي يعيش فيها ويكون سعيدا وراضى عن حياته
أما السلوك السوى هو السلوك العادي أي المألوف والغالب على حياة غالبية الناس
والشخص السوى هو الذي يطابق سلوكه مع سلوك الشخص العادي ويكون سعيدا ومتوافقا شخصيا وانفعاليا واجتماعيا

الاسوية أو الشذوذ
الاسوية هو الانحراف عما هوعادى والشذوذ عما هوا سوى
والاسوية حالة مرضية فيها خطر على الفرد نفسه وعلى الآخرين أيضا في المجتمع الواحدوالشخص الاسوى هو الشخص الذي ينحرف سلوكه عن سلوك الشخص العادي ويكون غير سعيد وغير راضى عن حياته وغير متوافق نفسي اوانفعاليا واجتماعيا

ثانيا الصحة النفسية
ويمكن تعريفها حالة دائمة نسبيا يكون فيها الفرد متوافقا (نفسيا وانفعاليا واجتماعيا) مع نفسه ومع المجتمع ويشعر بالسعادة والرضا ويكون قادر على تحقيق أهدافه واستغل القدراته و إمكانياته إلى أقصى قدر ممكن
والصحة النفسية حالة ايجابية ضمن التمتع بصحة العقل والجسم وليست مجرد غياب او الخلو من اعرض المرض النفسي .
