علاج الاكتئاب بتقنية الحرية النفسية

اعرف انه لن يكون مفاجئا بالنسبة اليك لكن .. امر عجيب ولكنها تجربة اولى لي في مع eft .. اليك قصتي ..
تغيير كبير حدث في مجال عملي .. قوانين جديدة مسئوليات وموقع جديد في بداية السنة ادى بي الى حالة اكتئاب وقلق التي بدأت في شهر مايو
بدات بالتعرف على موقعك والبحث في تجارب الاخرين مع eft .. في علاج الاكتئاب واطلعت على كل مانشر في الموقع بالاضافة الى المذكرة انها كانت سهلة وواضحة ولكن كنت امر مرحلة صعبة ولم اصدق انها قادرة على تنفعني
وكنت قد وصلت الى مرحلة سئية قربت من الاستسلام لهذا الوضع ومحاربته كنت اعاني من صداع واعراض اخرى من مزاج سيء والرغبة الشديدة في البكاء كنت كمن على وشك الانفجار
في النهاية ادركت انه لايمكنني ان اتماسك اكثر بعد الان ولكن فجاة خطر لي خاطر " لم لااجرب eft " تماسكت قليلا لم اكن مقتنعا انه سيساعدني في اكتئابي
في البداية ركزت على الم الرأس باتباع الاساسيات التي ذكرتها في طريقتك .. اكملت دورة واحدة من التربيت وتفاجات ان الصداع قد تلاشى كليا
الان لدي الطاقة لان اهاجم تضارب المشاعر بسبب حالة الاكتئاب التي امر بها
بتركيز عميق وبتأني بدات اطبق الامثلة التي ذكرتها في موقعك .. شيء سحري حدث بدأت اشعر بتغييرات فيزيائية في ذراعي وساقي اشعر انها الطاقة التي تسري في داخلي من جديد
عندما انتهيت من التربيت قلت لنفسي (( الان اعطيك الاذن بالبكاء )) احزر ماذا حصل ؟ لم اشعر بالرغبة في البكاء بل الافكار التي كانت تهاجمني لم تعد تأتيني ولم اشعر بالحاجة الى مهادنة نفسي بعد الان ..حدث شي كنت اعتبره مستحيل
واصلت الطريقة مع استخدام العبارات بالاضافة الى فكرة العودة الى العمل طول الاسبوع والعجيب اني استعدت طاقتي وحيويتي
في نهاية الاسبوع اتصلت الى المكتب وابديت رغبتي في العودة للعمل
انا متحمس جدا لهذه الطريقة (( الطاقة )) وتواصلت مع اناس اخرين في نفس المنطقة لنتفهم ونتباحث اكثر في eft وفوائدها
استلمت اشرطتك امي ومتحمس جدا للتعمق والتعرف عليها وسعيد جدا ان اخبرك ان اكتئابي زال تماما ولم تأتيني اي مشاعر سيئة خلال الـ 11اليوم الماضية
