التدريب ضمن مؤشرات التنمية
تتضمن ممارسات التنمية عدة مؤشرات منها تسهيل عمليات التجارة عبر الحدود ومدي التدخل الحكومي في التوجيه الاقتصادي والضغوطات الخارجية علي الدولة والدعم من الإدارات العليا والتدريب الرسمي والاستشارات الشخصية والرقابة والمتابعة.
ولدراسة الفجوة بين أهمية تلك الممارسات لعملية التنمية، أكدت بعض الدراسات على بناء علي قوائم الاستقصاء التي أجريت علي العديد من المؤسسات في دول مختلفة أن ترتيب تلك الممارسات من حيث الأهمية هي: المتابعة والتوجيه الشخصي والتدريبب.
وهو ما يؤكد قولنا السابق بأن الاهتمام بالتدريب يأتي ضمن أولويات التنمية والموارد البشرية خلال الموجة الرابعة للتدريب.
